The Mandala Hotel belongs to the top 30 city hotels in Europe

The Swiss business magazine Bilanz has once again selected the 300 best hotels in Switzerland and Europe. Over the past 18 months, 450 expert tests have been carried out, 87 top Swiss hoteliers and 108 hotel experts and travel professionals have been surveyed, and the latest evaluations of relevant travel publications and test portals have been consulted. In the end, Bilanz converted the ratings of these evaluation pillars into a uniform 100-point scheme and created hotel rankings in the categories "Best city hotels in Switzerland 2020", "Best holiday hotels in Switzerland 2020", "Best holiday hotels in Europe 2020" and "Best city hotels in Europe 2020" accordingly.

Using this methodology, The Mandala Hotel received outstanding 94 points, placing it in 28th place out of 100 of the best city hotels in Europe. If we only look at the city of Berlin, we are even in 2nd place after Orania Berlin, even ahead of renowned hotels such as the Adlon Kempinski, Hotel de Rome or The Ritz-Carlton. Even in a Europe-wide comparison, houses with big names such as the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, the Hotel Sacher in Vienna or the Bayerische Hof in Munich only appear after us in the ranking.

Our performance in this summary in direct comparison with well-known hotels of large chains makes us, as a privately managed hotel, particularly proud and shows us once again that we do not have to hide behind them.
